LENTEN MENU AT RIBAMBELLE

At Ribambelle we are sure that even during Lent you can enjoy delicious and varied food! From March 3 to April 20, the Ribambelle Seasons and Ribambelle Apothecary Garden restaurants, as well as delivery, offer a special menu that fully complies with the rules of fasting, but does not compromise in taste.

Start your day with millet porridge with almond milk with nuts and dates, light and fresh bruschetta with avocado and lime, or hash browns with cucumber and aromatic country butter.

For appetizers, we prepared ramiro peppers with hummus, baked eggplant with couscous and tomatoes, and other savory dishes. A hearty soup with porcini mushrooms will help you warm up on a cold day, and main courses, such as buckwheat noodles with vegetables and cashews, will give you a boost of energy.

We haven’t forgotten about those with a sweet tooth: delicate tarts with pear and mango or strawberry Napoleon will be the perfect end to the meal, and refreshing Ivan tea with Sagan daylya and lingonberries will highlight the flavors of each dish.
