RIBAMBELLE VREMENA GODA IS OPEN AGAIN

The legendary Ribambelle restaurant has been given a new lease of life

On 20 August, the family restaurant with a children's concept opened its doors after a major renovation. The space in Vremena goda galleries has been given a completely new look – new interior, lighting, furniture and a children's area that will impress any little aesthete. Over the years, Ribambelle has evolved from a popular family restaurant into a strong international brand, while retaining its clear concept. In 2012, its appearance shook up the market, and in 2025, the team promises to do so again.
The interior is a blend of modern and neoclassical styles. The space is magical, reflecting the latest trends. The aesthetics are shaped by the delicate pastel tones of the space – peach, pistachio, powder and ochre. The new interior has a light and airy feel thanks to light wood furniture, glass elements and clever use of lighting. Right at the entrance, guests are greeted by a pink mosaic panel, and the walls of the main hall are decorated with illuminated prints of flowers and herbs. The children's art studio has also acquired floral ornamentation and new tools for expressing creativity.
The children's areas are united by the theme of houses – whether it's a children's room, a toy shop or even a slide in the toddler play area.
The menu at the new restaurant in Vremena goda galleries will be exclusive compared to other Ribambelle restaurants in Moscow. The appetiser section now includes bruschetta on buckwheat bread with red caviar, sweet potato hummus with shrimp and tapioca chips, seafood ceviche, and beef with brioche and black caviar. Hot dishes worth trying include scallops with white mushrooms, filet mignon with seared leeks, linguine with beef and truffles, and Chilean sea bass with green peas.
The new menu pays special attention to the aesthetics of presentation. For example, the breakfast section now features cottage cheese ice cream with raspberries, evoking fond childhood memories.
