PRESENTATION OF THE NEW SUMMER MENU

The Ribambelle restaurant hosted a presentation of the new summer menu from chef Mikhail Kuklenko. Guests immersed themselves in the atmosphere of a summer garden: they took Polaroid photos and created unique accessories at creative master classes from L'Occitane and Ribambelle.
The focus is on dishes inspired by seasonal products and unusual flavor combinations: grilled zucchini with lemon cream and pike caviar, vitello tomato, cabbage rolls with seafood, potato pie and tangerine jelly. The event, which brought together celebrity guests, friends of the project and connoisseurs of fine cuisine, ended with warm communication, gifts from L'Occitane and the signature Ribambelle cake.
