I (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), of my own free will and volition and in my interest, as well as in the interest of my minor children, hereby provide the following consents:In accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-ФЗ "On Personal Data", I give consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as "PD"), namely, the performance of actions provided for in paragraph 3 of Article 3 of the Federal Law of 27 July 2006 No. 152- ФЗ "On Personal Data" on the following conditions:This Consent to Personal Data Processing is given to the following persons (hereinafter collectively or individually referred to as the "Operator"):

This Consent is given in relation to the following Client's PD: last name, first name, patronymic; registration address; contact details (e-mail address, phone number); date of birth. This Consent is given in relation to the following methods of processing the Client's PD: collection, storage, accumulation, systematization, validation (updating, changing), distribution (including transfer), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction; This consent is provided for the processing of the Client's PD for the following purposes: performance of work and provision of services within the framework of the main activity (including informing the Client about campaigns, promotions, events conducted by the Operator; internal use, statistics and reporting of the Operator); promotion of goods, works, services by making direct contacts using means of communication, carrying out programs aimed at improving the quality of the products and services of the Operator, and other marketing programs by the Operator. Decisions affecting the interests of the Client are not made based solely on automated processing of PD by the Operator.
This Consent in full also applies to the personal data of my minor children provided by me, indicated by me in the questionnaire or otherwise. This consent is valid from the date of its signing until the day of withdrawal in writing. This consent may be withdrawn by the Client by sending a message to the Operator about the withdrawal of consent to the processing of the Client's PD in writing.
The Client also consents to the Operator's counterparties to process all the Client's personal data that is at the disposal/access of the Operator and/or the Operator's counterparties, including for the purpose of informing the Client about the services of counterparties. The Client agrees to receive advertising, mailings, including via the mobile telephone network, from the Operator, its counterparties and affiliates. The Operator hereby notifies the Client of the commencement of processing of the Client's PD by the Operator. The processing of PD will be carried out by the Operator on the basis of the above Client's consent to PD processing and for the purposes indicated above. When signing this notification message, the Client is notified of the rights granted to the PD subject by the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-ФЗ "On Personal Data", in particular, but not limited to, the rights of the PD subject: to receive information provided for in Part 7 of Art. 14 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-ФЗ "On Personal Data"; to access their personal data; rights under Art. 15 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152- ФЗ "On Personal Data" regarding PD processing in order to promote goods, works, services on the market; to appeal against the actions or inactions of the Operator.
